2. Reservation Policy
We highly encourage you to make a reservation for your convenience. You can make a reservation by phone or through our website. If you have any special requests or requirements, please inform us at the time of booking.
Customers can make a reservation for a table at Shaista's by phone, website or in person.
Reservation is subject to availability.
Reservation fee may apply and will be confirmed at the time of reservation. Reservation fee is adjustable to the bill.
In case of a no-show, the reservation fee will not be refunded.
2.1. Late arrival:
Table reservation will hold only for 45 minutes after the reservation time. If a customer is late, the restaurant reserves the right to cancel the reservation and allocate the table to another customer.
If customers are running late, they are requested to inform the restaurant in advance. Shaista's will make reasonable efforts to hold the table for up to 10 minutes beyond the extended reservation time, subject to availability.
2.2. Conduct:
Customers are expected to behave in an appropriate manner while dining at Shaista's. Any form of disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

Shaista's is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings of the customers while on the premises.
Shaista's will not be liable for any injury, loss, damage or expense arising from any act, omission or negligence of the customer while on the premises.
2.4. Reservation Guarantee:
Shaista's will make every effort to honor the reservation as per the confirmed time and date.
In the rare event that Shaista's is unable to honor the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, the restaurant will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer in advance and offer an alternate reservation time or date.
By making a reservation at Shaista's, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Shaista's reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please inform us as soon as possible. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation, otherwise, a cancellation fee may apply.
