Cancellation Policy

    1. Speciality bookings cannot be cancelled, and there is no provision for cancellation once the booking is made.
    2. Table reservations can be cancelled, but no refund will be provided.
    3. In case of unforeseeable circumstances such as bad weather or natural calamities, the restaurant will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the delivery or pick-up time.
    4. The restaurant management reserves the right to cancel an order in case of unavailability of the ordered items or inability to fulfill the order for any other reason.
    5. If an order is cancelled by the restaurant management, the customer will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued.

    Order Modification:

    1. If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any changes to your order.

    No-show:

    1. In case of table bookings for A la carte menu, if you fail to show up for your order, we cannot provide a refund. For table reservations and specialty items, no cancellation is available.
